Returns & Refunds

At Eterna, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Because many of our items are made-to-order or fulfilled through third-party partners, please review the following return policy carefully:

Return Eligibility

  • We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.

  • To request a return, email supplyeterna@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Buyer’s remorse or wrong size (please check the size chart before ordering)

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For items fulfilled by third-party providers (like Printify), we follow their return and refund guidelines.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
